Silver is a theme with silvered controls and scrollbars at right side.
The current Silver theme, for stable GNUstep packages, is the version 2.5, that can be downloaded here Silver.theme.
The last release is the version 3.1. But you will need GNUstep from SVN to see all new features. You can download the package here. Below are some screenshots of this new version.
